A variation on the art lottery format, DVSA’s Little Art Draw Night (formerly Little Black Frame) is an important fundraiser for the school. Listen for your number to be drawn and then choose your favourite from over 170 stunning art pieces in a variety of formats. Created by established and emerging artists, you won’t know who made your masterpiece until it’s in your hands. With cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, live music and entertainment, art and mystery, it’s Hamilton’s must-attend art event.
Proceeds from this event help support DVSA’s groundbreaking hands-on art programs for participants of all ages and backgrounds.

An annual November event, our first Little Art Draw evening (formerly Little Black Frame) was held in 2014 with the aim of shining the spotlight on the fabulous work of our local artists and raising funds for DVSA’s outreach art programs. The enthusiastic response from our community and participating artists has resulted in regular sold out events and upwards of 175 unique pieces of art on display for selection.
