DVSA’s Board of Governors establish the strategic directions of the school including the Vision, Mission and Values. The Board is forward thinking in its orientation, setting organizational policies and ensuring stewardship of financial resources to fulfill the organization’s Mission. Governors are elected in accordance with the Bylaws.
