In Announcements, DVSA News

Updated May 7/2021

DVSA community,

With the province wide “stay-at-home” order in effect, the DVSA facility is currently closed.

Our Spring term is commencing as scheduled. With the stay-at-home order expected to be in place until beyond mid-May, we’ve moved a good number of our Spring courses online and postponed/cancelled the remainder. Here’s hoping we’ll be able to open later in the term for a few weeks of in-studio art making when the order ends, but for now, give yourself a sense of spring rejuvenation by making art at home in the virtual company of our instructors and fellow artists – it can provide a much needed creative and cheerful boost. There’s online classes in drawing, painting, pastels, sculpting, needle felting and more. Plus, we have a wide variety of fun options for Children and Teens.

Visit our Classes page and look under Spring 2021 – Online to see everything we’re offering.

Successful bidders still needing to pick-up auction artwork, you’ll need to arrange a curb-side pick-up time by emailing us at info@dvsa.ca. Artists looking to pick-up remaining work, we’ll need to wait until the stay-at-home order ends. Once it does, we’ll share information on arranging to collect your artwork. Thank you for your patience.

If you have further questions, please reach out to us at info@dvsa.ca or 905-628-6357 #1. Our administrative team is available, working at off-site locations.

Please stay safe. We look forward to re-opening the DVSA studios as soon as we are able.

– The DVSA Team
