Barry was a photojournalist for the Hamilton Spectator for over 30 years, covering a wide range of subjects and events, from Grey Cups to everyday portraits. He also enjoys photographing nature. Among many other citations, he is a National Newspaper Award winner, has been named Ontario News Photographer of the Year and Canadian News Photographer of the Year. He continues to look for photos.
