What is Art to Heart?

The Art to Heart Program was devised to support healthcare workers by promoting self-reflection; processing experiences; recognition of one’s own personal strength and personal growth; developing key resiliency strategies; and moments of joy through creativity. While we are no longer offering virtual classes in conjunction with the free art supplies, we do have free video directives created by a Registered Art Psychotherapist and Art Therapy students available on YouTube.

As a celebration of the success of this program – and an additional thank-you to healthcare workers across Ontario – we are offering a free art kit to up to 330 registrants (limited supply). These kits are available to anyone currently employed in the Ontario healthcare field, including medical clerks and support staff.

Update: The free kits are now all spoken for. Thank you to everyone who registered! Please be patient as it will take some time for us to assemble the kits and send them out to you.

THANK YOU to the following individuals for helping us make this program successful:

Heidi Argyle, Registered Canadian Art Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist

Toronto Art Therapy Institute students:
Paige Krossing
Rachel Yasmin
